Julie Polishchuk decided to embark on a career in real estate after professional experiences as a brokerage administrative assistant, client service specialist, and legal secretary, where she learned more about the many important documents that go into a property transaction. As a licensed broker, Julie offers her clients a high standard of service, promising honesty, integrity, dedication, and excellent attention to detail. A longtime resident of Chicago’s northwest suburbs, Julie has long appreciated Chicago’s rich history and architecture, and as a broker works to help people find their ideal home within the city. Outside of her work in real estate, she enjoys doing volunteer work and indulging her talents for photography and singing. Julie holds a degree in Criminal Justice and History with a minor in Business, earned at Trinity Christian College. As the transaction manager, Julie assists the agent with getting the property ready to go in the MLS. Julie will gather necessary information on the home and create all the marketing materials. She will follow the property from listing date until closing date and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will be hearing from her often with updates on the activity on your home. Once either a listing or a buyer is under contract she will make sure the paperwork is forwarded to attorneys and lenders, and she will follow all the deadlines. She also handles many of the day to day tasks between ratification and settlement. In other words, Julie and the agent are with you every step of the way.
